What to do if you do not live in Christchurch

The simple hassle-free 6 step process is:

1. Contact Alan personally to discuss if he can assist in solving your problem of cold tiled floors or costly underfloor heating bills.
2. He will send you an engagement of service form or you can download from the website.
3. From the conversation held between the two of you he will probably be able to ascertain the potential problem or fault. This could take up to 30 minutes.
4. Once you have signed, accepted the terms and conditions.
5. A deposit of $500.00 is paid. This will be used to cover any cost of travel and accommodation to the location and initiate the fault finding and repair process.
6. Heatspec Services will arrange to start work at the earliest possible times as mutually agreed to by both parties.
